Description

You will own the design, build, and support of SAP PP/PI processes and Global Label Management solutions within an S/4HANA environment.

You will manage L2/L3 support, maintenance, and continuous improvement while leading implementation activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP PP-PI design, build, test, and deployment for S/4HANA.
• Facilitate fit-to-standard workshops, requirement gathering, and solution validation.
• Provide L2/L3 support, maintenance, and enhancements for SAP PP/PI and label management.
• Manage AMS operations, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
• Handle incident, problem, change, and service request processes per ITIL standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SAP PP and SAP PI.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA implementation.
• Strong understanding of Global Label Management solutions.
• Proven ability to lead fit-to-standard workshops and requirement gathering.
• Experience managing SLA/KPI compliance and ITIL-based support processes.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in manufacturing industry contexts.
