Description

Own SAP PP/PI process support, maintenance, and S/4HANA implementation delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support, maintenance, and continuous improvement for SAP PP/PI processes and Global Label Management solutions.
• Lead end-to-end design, build, test, and deployment activities for SAP PP-PI within S/4HANA implementations.
• Conduct fit-to-standard workshops, gather requirements, and validate solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Manage AMS operations, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance while handling incidents, problems, and changes per ITIL standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SAP PP and SAP PI.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA implementation and configuration.
• Proven leadership capabilities in guiding technical teams and workshops.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex system issues.
• Understanding of Global Label Management solutions.
• Ability to manage incident, problem, and change request processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with manufacturing industry processes.
• Background in ITIL service management frameworks.
