Description

Lead full lifecycle SAP PP/PM implementations for complex manufacturing environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP PP modules including production planning, BOM management, and shop floor integration.
• Manage SAP PM configuration covering maintenance planning, work order management, and equipment hierarchy.
• Execute manufacturing data migration and master data management tasks.
• Integrate manufacturing systems including MES connectivity and process control systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP PP/PM implementation experience with at least 5 full lifecycle projects.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology implementation experience.
• Deep knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA validation requirements.
• Expertise in pharmaceutical processes including API production, formulation, and packaging.
• Experience with equipment qualification, calibration management, and maintenance in validated environments.
• Understanding of batch cleaning validation and change control processes.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing concepts.
• Understanding of manufacturing quality systems and statistical process control.
