Description

You will support the SAP S/4HANA deployment by configuring and implementing Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules.

Responsibilities

  • Configure SAP S/4HANA and ECC 6.0 for Forecast to Plan (F2P), Plan to Produce (P2P), and Inspect to Quality (I2Q) processes.
  • Manage PP-QM master data including Material Master, Bill of Material, Work Centers, Routing, and Master Recipes.
  • Design and implement integration points with SD, MM, FICO, and PS modules.
  • Create functional designs, specifications, and test plans for unit, string, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Handle support tickets, data conversion, and cutover activities independently.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of hands-on SAP configuration and implementation experience.
  • Subject matter expertise in PP and QM modules for process and discrete manufacturing.
  • Deep knowledge of Physical Inventory, Capacity Planning, Repetitive Manufacturing, Production Orders, and Process Orders.
  • Experience with Quality Notifications and third-party interfaces (e.g., Arkieva, Kinaxis, LIMS systems).
  • Proficiency with SharePoint, ServiceNow, JIRA, and Zephyr.
  • Ability to work independently and manage self-sufficient delivery.
