Description

You will manage SAP PP and QM module configurations and implementations across ECC and S/4 HANA environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure production planning and quality management master data, including sales and operation planning and MRP.
• Manage shop floor execution for production and process orders, covering capacity planning and repetitive manufacturing.
• Execute quality management workflows, including inspection lot processing, result recording, and defect management.
• Perform SAP configuration using IMG and monitor system jobs to ensure operational stability.
• Debug failing programs and troubleshoot interfaces with third-party systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience working with SAP PP and QM modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4 HANA 1909.
• Proven track record of 1-2 full life cycle implementations in S/4 HANA 1909.
• Deep knowledge of BOM, Recipes, and Production Versions.
• Expertise in Kanban, capacity planning, and planning strategies.
• Proficiency in QM procurement, QM sales, and quality notification processes.
• Experience with distributed resource planning and integration with WM and EWM.
• Ability to manage sample management and quality certificate processes.
