Description

You will lead SAP PP and QM implementations, configure manufacturing strategies, and provide architectural guidance for corrective actions based on root cause analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Make-to-Stock (MTS) and Make-to-Order (MTO) strategies.
• Manage master data creation including Routing, Bills of Material, and Production resources/tools.
• Execute Quality Management processes including planning, notifications, inspection, and recording.
• Write detailed functional specifications for outputs, interfaces, and custom functionalities.
• Provide architectural guidance for implementation of fixes and continuous improvement for Basis Administration.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in SAP PP, including 5+ years in implementation projects.
• Deep knowledge of discrete and continuous manufacturing processes.
• Expertise in MRP, capacity planning, stock requirement lists, and production order execution.
• Proficiency in Kanban, demand management, and long-term planning.
• Hands-on experience with Variant Configuration, including KMAT material types, object dependencies, Super BOM, and Super Routing.
• Strong QM expertise covering Inspection Plans, Sampling, Quality Info Records, Usage Decisions, and Result Recording.
• Experience with RICEF development and QM integration with PP.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting and detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Preferred Skills

• Domain experience in production and quality management.
