Description

You will architect and govern SAP PP, QM, and PM processes within the manufacturing landscape, owning the integration with EWM, SD, MM, and FI/CO modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect PP strategy covering MRP (classic/MRP Live), scheduling, line balancing, and backflush.
• Design QM processes including inspection types, sampling plans, MICs, and CAPA workflows.
• Establish PM frameworks for maintenance planning, notifications, and work orders.
• Own cutover playbooks and stabilize systems during Hypercare periods.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant consulting experience.
• Deep expertise in SAP PP (discrete/process/repetitive) and QM (inspection & quality records).
• Experience managing SAP PM orders, planning, and maintenance costs.
• Familiarity with cross-module integration, specifically MM, SD, EWM, FI/CO, and API.
• Experience with Shop-floor/MES integrations and IoT/Condition monitoring inputs.
• Knowledge of SPC and quality analytics.
• Proficiency in WRICEF development and interface specifications (IDoc/API).
• Understanding of Advanced ATP impacts on production planning.
