Description

You will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PP and QM modules for power generation, transmission, and distribution sectors.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, covering requirement gathering, blueprinting, functional specifications, and unit/integration testing.
• Design and configure processes for Discrete, Process, and Repetitive Manufacturing, including Demand Management, MRP, and Shop Floor Control.
• Own the configuration of Quality Management processes, including Inspection Planning, Quality Notifications, CAPA workflows, and Certificate of Analysis settings.
• Manage master data configuration for production execution, capacity planning, and quality control.
• Integrate PP and QM processes with technical objects, maintenance planning, and supply chain workflows.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of SAP functional experience with 3 to 4 end-to-end implementations.
• Expertise in SAP PP configuration: Production Order Creation, Capacity Requirements Planning, and Master Data handling.
• Deep knowledge of SAP QM: Quality Inspection, Sampling schemas, MIC, Inspection methods, and Quality Notifications.
• Proven experience with Batch Management, Variant Configuration, X-Steps, Interfaces, and IDOCs.
• Functional understanding of integration points with SD, PM, FICO, MM, and LE.
• Experience configuring QM for subcontracting, consignment, and inter-company stock transfer orders.
• Knowledge of Plant Maintenance processes including Preventive, Breakdown, and Operational maintenance.
• Ability to manage RICEFW objects and master data enhancements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Power Generation, Transmission, or Distribution industries.
