Description

You will lead the technical solutioning and pre-sales efforts for SAP opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales meetings to identify customer pain points and collect technical solution requirements.
• Develop solution approaches including staffing models, project timelines, and cost estimates.
• Deliver system demonstrations and sales presentations to support the sales cycle.
• Oversee billable assessments, pilots, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify SAP services, IP, and value propositions.
• Train sales teams on SAP practice capabilities and participate in demand generation workshops.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC projects.
• Full life-cycle experience with multiple SAP implementations.
• Proven Senior Project or Program Management experience.
• Deep knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP services and IP identification.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements for non-technical business users.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Experience with system development methodology and system architecture.
