Description

Lead ERP transformation projects with a focus on system integration, data migration, and long-term sustainability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data migration strategies from legacy systems to preserve data integrity.
• Develop ERP roadmaps that anticipate future organizational needs and ensure system adaptability.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to AMS vendors and internal engineering teams.
• Define processes for testing, deployment, and periodic audits to ensure compliance with internal control policies.
• Review and facilitate sign-offs for business processes, architecture, and master data management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ERP transformation projects.
• Deep expertise with SAP ERP systems.
• Proven ability in strategic road mapping and anticipating future organizational needs.
• Experience managing complex data migration from legacy environments.
• Strong knowledge of business process design and architecture review.
• Ability to coordinate with internal control teams for financial system integrity and compliance.
• Experience managing system integration and cut-over planning.
