Description

You will manage and support SAP procurement systems and modules, focusing on the MM module and Ariba integration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve procurement system issues and respond to SAP help desk inquiries.
• Implement and test new functionality within SAP MM modules.
• Collect and analyze procurement, contract, and inventory data to generate management and state-mandated reports.
• Conduct classroom training for user groups on SAP Procurement, SAP Ariba, and SharePoint applications.
• Maintain end-user procedures, training materials, and user guides for SAP MM functionality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in procurement system support or functional analysis.
• Functional knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM) module configuration, tables, transports, and transaction codes.
• Experience with SAP Query and Reports.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Functional knowledge of SAP Ariba SIPM, e-Sourcing, Contract Management, Catalog, and Risk modules.
• SAP certifications.
