Description

You will manage end-to-end SAP procurement functions, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency across diverse services and materials.

Responsibilities

• Execute SAP procurement processing for shopping carts, work orders, change orders, and approval memorandums.
• Manage the procurement lifecycle through RFx management, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders.
• Draft and negotiate agreements for professional services, government procurement, and software licensing.
• Map current sourcing and contracting processes to design future state business requirements.
• Support vendor management by reviewing proposals for contractual adherence and documentation compliance.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Procurement.
• Proficiency in handling Purchase Requisitions, Shopping Carts, Approvals, and Purchase Orders.
• Hands-on experience with RFx management and vendor contracts.
• Experience using DocuSign CLM for contract management.
• Expertise in Supplier Lifecycle Management and inventory or warehouse management.
• Strong technical and business writing skills for drafting agreements and correspondence.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience training staff and vendors on SAP procurement and logistics modules.
• Proficiency with Vendor Portals for supplier management.
