Description

You will own the implementation and management of CPQ and EMS systems to optimize product configuration, pricing, and quoting processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define systems strategy, roadmaps, and business processes for CPQ and EMS.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify, document, and design requirements for product configuration, pricing, and discounting.
• Partner with engineering teams to integrate CPQ and EMS with enterprise CRM and ERP systems.
• Create process flow diagrams, system interface diagrams, user journeys, and user stories.
• Develop business requirements, prototype solutions, conduct testing, and train end users.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience specifically in CPQ and EMS implementation.
• Deep expertise in CPQ processes including product configuration, pricing, discounts, approvals, and quoting.
• Experience with subscription models, software license management, or usage-based billing processes.
• Proven track record of integrating CPQ and EMS with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience designing, prototyping, testing, and training within CPQ and EMS frameworks.
• Ability to define support procedures and implement practical business solutions.
• Any Graduate degree.
