Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert for SAP Production Planning, owning end-to-end support for manufacturing operations. You will drive process design, solution confirmation, and configuration within SAP PP, ensuring alignment with discrete industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design organizational processes, defining future-state solutions based on current business models.
• Configure SAP PP solutions, including production planning and control, to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
• Build and execute test scripts, manage cutover activities, and resolve defects to ensure system stability.
• Develop strategies for continuous improvement, leveraging data analysis to identify operational trends.
• Guide cross-functional teams in decision-making, providing SME-level guidance on process optimization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a business analyst or functional consultant role focused on SAP PP.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP PP Configuration and Functional Design.
• Advanced understanding of Manufacturing Operations, specifically Discrete Industries.
• Ability to assess business models and define scalable solution architectures.
• Proven track record in managing cutover activities and defect resolution.
• Experience engaging with multiple teams to drive strategic solutions across the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Functional experience in designing and integrating SAP interfaces.
• Expertise in driving Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma improvements.
