Lead a global phase II digital transformation rollout for a strategic account.

Responsibilities

  • Drive project success by enforcing SAP Activate methodology and industry best practices.
  • Manage the customer engagement journey and maintain governance across SAP Services, Product Support, and external partners.
  • Oversee complex delivery teams and stakeholders spanning multiple business units and national boundaries.
  • Coordinate multiple System Integrators (SI) and hosting partners to ensure seamless execution and conflict resolution.
  • Act as a strategic advisor and C-level influencer to align project goals with executive leadership.

Required Skills

  • 15-20 years of experience managing enterprise-wide, high-risk SAP programs.
  • Proven track record leading S/4 implementation projects.
  • Extensive experience managing multi-System Integrator (SI) environments and partner conflicts.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP products and capabilities.
  • Functional knowledge of SCM, Logistics, or Finance business processes.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing C-level executive audiences.

Preferred Skills

  • Direct experience with SAP Activate and SAP Solution Manager.
