Description

You will lead multiple concurrent SAP projects, overseeing migrations, upgrades, and integrations across on-premises and cloud environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of concurrent SAP projects to ensure delivery within budget, scope, and timeline.
• Lead SAP ECC-to-S/4HANA migration projects, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation.
• Drive SAP integration initiatives between core ERP systems, cloud SaaS solutions, and on-premises systems.
• Implement SAP Activate methodology to ensure compliance with SAP standards and best practices.
• Oversee governance and compliance adherence to SOX, NIST, and DoD standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of project management experience specifically focused on SAP (on-premises and cloud).
• 7+ years of direct supervisory experience managing virtual teams.
• Proven experience managing SAP ECC to S/4HANA Cloud migrations.
• Mandatory PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
• Technical knowledge of SAP modules including FI and CO.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure services such as AWS and Azure.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and GitLab.
• Experience using Planview for portfolio management and project tracking.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum, Agile, or SAP domain certifications.
• Master's degree in a related field.
