You manage complex and large transformation engagements related to SAP.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage complex SAP transformation engagements for clients.
• Ensure successful delivery across all project phases, releases, and components using the SAP Activate methodology.
• Manage program-level status, metrics, risks, and oversee deliverable sign-off.
• Collaborate on scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals.
• Provision and configure SAP Cloud ALM tenants for S/4HANA Public Cloud Greenfield implementations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in program management.
• Expert knowledge of SAP Best Practices across multiple SAP modules and their integrations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Proficiency in SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience in SAP Application Lifecycle Management.
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM.
• Ability to influence senior management and Customer PMO decisions.
• Experience establishing project scopes, environments, and managing backlogs in CALM.
