Manage interdependent projects to drive business outcomes within SAP environments, overseeing portfolio planning, dependency management, and cross-team delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, execute, and monitor portfolio planning and dependency management.
• Control risk, issue, scope, and communication management across all project phases.
• Manage resource allocation, performance, and departmental project delivery.
• Lead cross-team projects involving SAP implementation partners and third-party suppliers.
• Direct recruiting, hiring, and career development for team members.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 7+ years overseeing an IT project portfolio in cross-functional environments.
• 5+ years leading projects with budgets exceeding $1M.
• 5+ years leading teams of 20 or more members.
• 2+ years implementing project management processes and standards.
• 2+ years of experience in coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Proven experience managing medium to large SAP implementations.
• Experience interacting with customers and building business relationships.
• Bachelor's degree.
