Description

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP-to-Cloud migration programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmaps, milestones, budgets, and timelines aligned with business goals.
• Drive program governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across SAP and cloud teams.
• Oversee system assessments, fit-gap analyses, and cloud readiness for SAP workloads.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, SAP consultants, and cloud providers, managing vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Track and report KPIs to executive leadership, measuring migration success and business value.

Required Skills

• 15+ years in program/project management, focused on SAP environments.
• Proven success managing SAP migration projects to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Deep understanding of SAP architecture, modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, HCM, BW/BI, S/4HANA), and data migration.
• Experience with S/4HANA migrations, SAP ECC transformations, and hybrid cloud models.
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Activate, and migration tooling.
• Proficiency in Agile or DevOps delivery environments.
• Experience ensuring adherence to IT governance standards (GDPR, SOX, SAP licensing).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
