Description

Lead large-scale SAP programs across multiple workstreams, including product development and third-party vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple project initiatives, cross-workstream dependencies, change management, and risk resolution.
• Monitor program progress using information dashboards to track execution, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements and executing optimization initiatives with leadership.
• Communicate status and resolve issues involving scope, schedule, and budget through direct action or stakeholder escalation.
• Build strategic relationships across product management, engineering, and functional groups to execute business strategy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Program Management.
• Deep expertise in Agile practices and product management execution.
• Proficiency with Rally, Aha, Jira, and Confluence.
• Proven ability to manage third-party vendor relationships and end-to-end deliverables.
• Strong experience in risk management and escalation handling.
• Ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations for leadership reporting.
• Skilled in driving results through lean and data-driven processes.
• Effective verbal and written communication for influencing cross-functional leaders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading programs in a regulated environment.
