Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP programs including Application Maintenance Services (AMS), Active Development (AD), and transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality for SAP workstreams across multiple projects.
• Manage client stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and identify incremental business opportunities.
• Enforce Statement of Work (SOW) compliance and manage contract changes through stakeholder alignment.
• Establish governance and reporting frameworks for SAP workstreams and continuously mitigate project risks.
• Drive innovation by aligning customer journeys with SAP product roadmaps, including S/4HANA transformation and cloud adoption.

Required Skills

• 18+ years of SAP experience, specifically managing large-scale AMS/support programs from a systems integrator perspective.
• Strong understanding of SAP functional and technical modules: PM, MM, FICO, EAM, SCM, SuccessFactors, Basis, and Integration.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Proven track record as a Service Delivery Manager for Application Maintenance projects.
• Ability to manage onsite and offshore teams across multiple delivery tracks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in utilities, oil & gas, mining, or renewable energy sectors.
• Certifications in PMP, SAFe, ITIL, or SAP Activate.
