Lead the planning, governance, and delivery of a complex Lead-to-Cash/Order-to-Cash finance transformation.

Manage multiple interdependent finance, business, SAP, technology, data, testing, and change-management workstreams.

Partner with finance, accounting, controllership, sales, operations, and technology leaders to define transformation priorities and outcomes.

Provide functional leadership across pricing, billing, accounts receivable, revenue recognition, collections, financial reporting, forecasting, and controls.

Oversee SAP S/4HANA Finance workstreams and ensure solutions align with business and finance requirements.

Coordinate integration across SAP Finance, Sales and Distribution, billing, pricing, contracting, and related customer platforms.

Develop and maintain integrated program plans, budgets, forecasts, milestones, dependencies, risks, and RAID logs.

Manage program resources, vendors, critical-path activities, financial performance, and delivery commitments.

Lead executive steering committees and provide clear updates on program health, finances, milestones, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.

Facilitate finance and process-design workshops and drive alignment between business requirements and SAP solutions.

Oversee data migration, testing, user acceptance, cutover, deployment, change management, and post-launch stabilization.

Ensure the transformed processes support accounting standards, financial controls, audit requirements, reconciliation, and reporting needs.

Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled improvements.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of enterprise program or project-management experience leading large-scale finance and technology transformations.

Strong professional background in finance, accounting, controllership, or financial operations.

Demonstrated experience leading Lead-to-Cash or Order-to-Cash transformation programs.

Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and experience working on S/4HANA implementation or transformation programs.

Understanding of SAP FI processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, billing, revenue, collections, financial close, and reporting.

Experience managing SAP Finance integration with Sales and Distribution, pricing, billing, and order-management processes.

Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, governance, risk management, and dependency management.

Proven ability to manage multiple business, finance, SAP, and technology workstreams in a highly matrixed organization.

Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX, or Princeton, NJ.

Preferred Qualifications

CPA, CA, CMA, MBA Finance, or another relevant finance qualification.

SAP S/4HANA Finance certification or prior experience as an SAP Finance functional consultant.

Experience with SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting, FSCM, Central Finance, or related finance capabilities
