Description

Lead end-to-end SAP program management, overseeing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources from planning through successful delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive SAP implementation, migration, rollout, and conversion projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and cost control.
• Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.
• Identify project risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize business impact.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and escalations effectively to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall experience in SAP environments.
• Minimum 5+ years in SAP Project or Program Management.
• Experience managing 3-5 end-to-end SAP implementation projects as Project Lead or Manager.
• Hands-on functional consulting experience in at least one SAP module (FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, WM, PM, PS, or EWM).
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or transformation projects.
• Experience in at least one SAP conversion project with knowledge of RISE with SAP.
• Proficiency in project planning, estimation, scheduling, and resource management.
• Strong stakeholder management, customer engagement, and executive communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Activate methodology knowledge.
• PMP or SAP Activate certification.
