Description

Lead SAP program phases, releases, and components to meet business objectives and transformation goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the program plan, including scope, solution quality, and delivery within budget and schedule constraints.
• Manage program-level status, metrics, issues, risks, and RAID management.
• Lead engagement and program planning activities while overseeing multiple SAP projects.
• Collaborate with project managers on resource allocation, capacity planning, and managing interdependencies.
• Provide concise decision-making updates to steering committees, top-level management, and IT leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience delivering and managing SAP programs.
• Proven track record managing projects with budgets between $6M and $8M.
• Extensive experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or S/4 HANA lifecycle implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage resources, define work, and maintain accountability throughout the project life cycle.
• Strong escalation management and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, deadline pressure, and organizational change.
• Bachelor's Degree.
