Description

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration.
Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in IT with at least 5+ years specifically functioning as a Program/Project Manager for enterprise-level SAP implementations.
SAP Expertise: Proven track record managing at least 2 to 3 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA or ECC implementations.
Frameworks & Methodologies: Deep proficiency in the SAP Activate methodology, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall.
Tools: Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, Cloud ALM, Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
Soft Skills: Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
