Description

You will lead and oversee large-scale SAP implementation programs, managing multiple projects and workstreams to ensure successful delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain SAP program governance, PMO standards, and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams across SAP modules (OTC, PTP, FICO, PP, WM, QM, ABAP, BTP, Integrations).
• Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and third-party integrations.
• Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and change management processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing SAP programs.
• Expertise in SAP Modules and SAP Program Governance.
• Proficiency with PMO Standards and project delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks including SOx, GDPR, and GxP.
• Experience developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ability to provide executive-level reporting and strategic insights.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Life Sciences (pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device).
