Lead multi-technology SAP rollouts across multiple geographies, ensuring standardization, governance, and alignment with corporate objectives.

Responsibilities

• Drive large-scale transformation programs in multi-vendor environments, ensuring scope clarity and vendor accountability.
• Oversee SAP integrations to enable a harmonized enterprise data and systems landscape.
• Plan and execute transition management activities, enabling smooth handover to operations and post go-live stabilization.
• Define, track, and report program metrics, establishing robust governance frameworks for transparent executive visibility.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure effective adoption of new processes and systems across impacted business units.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of progressive Program/Project Management experience within global enterprises.
• Proven experience leading SAP or large ERP programs.
• Ability to manage multi-vendor, multi-geography programs with complex dependencies.
• Expertise in governance, metrics-driven delivery, and executive stakeholder management.
• Strong background in business process transformation and enterprise change management.
• Proficient in budgeting and financial management, including CapEx/OpEx tracking and forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and optimization areas.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of JIRA, ADO dashboards, or Clarity.
• Prior experience in transition management for global rollouts.
