Lead global SAP implementation projects for large multi-national (re)insurance companies, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of global SAP implementation projects.
• Coordinate with finance, IT departments, internal stakeholders, and external implementation partners.
• Manage and resolve client escalations effectively.
• Oversee the integration of SAP solutions across enterprise environments.
• Apply program governance and integration management to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 10+ years of SAP project management experience.
• Extensive experience in ERP and SAP implementation for large multi-national (re)insurance companies.
• Deep understanding of SAP solutions and modules.
• Proficiency in Program Management Lifecycle, Benefits Management, and Program Governance.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and IT quality management.
• Proven track record of delivering software in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
