Description

You will manage large-scale, multi-track SAP projects through implementation and rollout programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple large projects, each comprising multiple tracks.
• Lead multi-locational teams, including offshore and nearshore staff.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, define roadmaps, and manage change initiatives.
• Drive proposal management, pre-sales efforts, and sales pitches.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program management.
• Proven experience with large-scale SAP projects.
• Experience managing teams across multiple locations (offshore/nearshore).
• Strong knowledge of business processes, roadmap definition, and change management.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent analytical and logical problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in discrete manufacturing, automotive, or chemicals industry.
• PMP or comparable certification.

Preferred Skills

• 8-10 successful SAP full-cycle implementations as a program manager.
• Knowledge of S4 Hana or Scrum Master/Agile Coach certification.
