Description

You will own the test strategy and governance for SAP transformation or rollout programs, ensuring alignment with business, IT, and program objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test governance, standards, metrics, and reporting mechanisms for multi-track and multi-phase testing.
• Manage test execution across SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, HCM) and non-SAP systems, including SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration, and Cutover.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate large offshore/onshore test teams and manage SI partners, vendors, and third-party test providers.
• Oversee test planning, test data management, defect management, and environment readiness, driving resolution of quality risks and dependencies.
• Act as the primary testing interface for stakeholders, providing executive-level status reporting, dashboards, and quality metrics for test sign-off.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in SAP testing and quality assurance, with strong leadership in large SAP S/4HANA or ECC programs.
• Deep understanding of SAP business processes and module integrations, specifically FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP.
• Expertise in test lifecycle management at the program level, including risk and quality management.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools: SAP Solution Manager, Tricentis Tosca, ALM, and Jira.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
• Ability to govern test automation strategy, adoption, and ROI tracking.
• Experience ensuring compliance with regulatory, audit, and documentation requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HCM module testing.
• Knowledge of integration testing with middleware and third-party systems.
