Description

Manage and coordinate major, minor, and technical upgrades within the STO technical environment while owning the project roadmap and driving implementation readiness.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage all IT projects for the STO and maintain the comprehensive project roadmap.
• Facilitate release scope intake, planning, and change management processes.
• Coordinate phase gates from testing through deployment to ensure release stability.
• Develop resource planning, capacity models, and management strategies across projects.
• Communicate release status and project updates to business units, PMO, and infrastructure teams.

Required Skills

• PMP certification (required).
• Deep knowledge of program management and portfolio management methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools and PMBOK best practices.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to create and manage complex plans.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Experience in financial environments such as banking, investing, debt, or treasury.
• Demonstrable skills in managing diverse teams.
