Description

You will manage end-to-end SAP cutover planning and execution, including governance, risk mitigation, mock cutovers, testing coordination, and hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, define scope, goals, and deliverables for technology application development and implementation.
• Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement by collaborating with IT teams and technology vendors.
• Facilitate development effort by monitoring the process between internal teams and external technology providers.
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders across multiple organizations, reinforcing quantitative measurements.
• Identify risks and create mitigation plans to ensure timely project completion.

Required Skills

• 6 years in IT, including 3 years in Program Management.
• Expert proficiency in Project Management principles.
• Experience with SAP HANA and SAP ERP.
• Ability to perform Ad Hoc Reporting.
• Strong Analytical skills.
• Prior SAP S/4HANA deployment experience.
• Cross-functional leadership capability.
