Description

You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver SAP and IT projects within defined scope, timelines, and budgets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk management documentation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure project execution.
• Manage project changes, issues, and mitigation strategies while supporting user adoption and training initiatives.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects or SAP projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
• Strong ability to manage project documentation, status reviews, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills in a technical environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
