Lead the on-time and within-budget execution of a multi-year SAP transformation program.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and track program timelines, resources, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools.
• Coordinate workstreams to ensure alignment with shared program goals and integrated timelines.
• Manage project scope, schedule, resources, and budget while identifying and mitigating risks.
• Drive cross-functional communication between business units, IT groups, contractors, and delivery partners.
• Resolve capacity and resource issues in collaboration with solution leads to ensure sprint execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience driving recent SAP implementation projects or supporting enterprise-scale SAP environments.
• Experience leading large, complex, multi-year implementations, including Green-Field projects.
• Proven track record driving global projects with multiple integrated workstreams.
• Experience supporting financial applications at the enterprise level.
• Functional SAP lead experience.
• Bachelor's Degree, ideally in MIS or Business.
• PMP Certification.
