Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of large, complex technical projects and enterprise systems integration delivery.

Manage project scope to optimize schedules, costs, and resources across third-party vendor engagements.

• Drive systems integration projects from initiation through delivery acceptance and project closure.
• Create and maintain project artifacts including timelines, risk and issue logs, communication plans, and stakeholder registers.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues while mediating between business units with conflicting requirements.
• Act as the escalation point for vendor service delivery and facilitate large group meetings with internal and external resources.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to develop technical specifications and supporting documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience managing large and complex technical projects.
• 7+ years of experience with general IT SDLC processes.
• 7+ years of experience with SAP.
• 7+ years of experience implementing Enterprise Systems Integration.
• 7+ years of experience creating executive-level project communications and tracking.
• 7+ years of experience gathering business requirements and educating staff on standardized processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with executive staff and peers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a hands-on capacity.

Preferred Skills

• 4+ years of experience working with Texas state government agencies.
• CBAP or PMP certification.
