Description

You will manage SAP application support governance, minor enhancement projects, and continuous improvement initiatives across ECC or S/4HANA environments.

Responsibilities

• Own SLA adherence, incident backlogs, and service metrics including MTTR and first-call resolution.
• Manage concurrent minor-change projects, covering planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Oversee functional/technical design, build, test, cut-over, and hyper-care phases using SAP Activate, ASAP, or Agile.
• Control AMS run-costs and enhancement budgets, validating vendor invoices against contractual rates.
• Lead 5-15 onshore/offshore analysts and facilitate stakeholder prioritization workshops.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years total IT experience, with at least 3 years managing SAP AMS or support projects.
• Hands-on exposure to two SAP functional areas: FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, WM, QM, SuccessFactors, or BW.
• Experience with integration topics such as IDoc and PI/PO/CPI.
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.
• Knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 service management processes.
• Experience using SAP Solution Manager/ChaRM, JIRA, or Azure DevOps for backlog and test management.
• Ability to ensure solutions conform to SOX, GDPR, and internal audit requirements.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Foundation certification.
