Description

You will lead the implementation of SAP changes using the SiBR add-on to deploy electronic batch records across manufacturing sites.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP project lifecycles, including work breakdown structures and tasks required to go live.
• Direct multiple vendors coordinating with manufacturing sites.
• Track and resolve risks, issues, action items, and decisions with minimal oversight.
• Provide accurate forecasts and manage budget actuals against defined targets.
• Execute project delivery using an agile methodology layered within a waterfall-style timeline.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Direct experience as a former SAP team member.
• Proven track record managing SAP projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in tracking and resolving project risks and issues.
• Proficiency in budget management and forecasting.
• Experience managing vendor relationships.
• Working knowledge of SAP, MES, and Jira.
• Familiarity with SiBR.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing electronic batch records to reduce human error in manufacturing.
