Description

You will lead full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations and conversions, serving as a trusted advisor to CFOs and Finance Transformation leaders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the R2R practice vision, growth roadmap, and service offerings across SAP Finance core areas including General Ledger, CO-PA, Project Systems, and Group Reporting.
• Lead executive steering committees, transformation governance forums, and value discovery workshops with client finance leadership.
• Manage RFP responses, solution proposals, estimations, and client presentations, including pitches for ECC to S/4 migration.
• Oversee project risk management, budgeting, negotiation, and resource allocation for teams of 5-50 consultants and client employees.
• Contribute to pre-configured accelerators and AI solutions while ensuring integration with OTC, P2P, and other upstream/downstream processes.

Required Skills

• 8–15 years of ERP project management experience with at least 2–3 full end-to-end S/4HANA implementations or conversions.
• Deep expertise in SAP ECC 6.0 R2R environments and SAP S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal, Asset Accounting, Treasury, FP&A).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Overall Integration Manager on mid-to-large projects using SAP Activate or ASAP methodology.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies with strong business process analysis, mapping, and design skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Strong Microsoft skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, and Visio for executive communication and planning.
• Experience managing RFP responses, estimations, and client presentations to C-suite stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Solution Manager exposure and experience as a Solution Architect on complex integrations.
• Auto industry experience and country-specific localization knowledge.
