Description

Lead end-to-end management for SAP projects or portfolios with TCV between $500K and $1M, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines, and budget.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles from requirements elicitation and scope prioritization to final acceptance and customer satisfaction.
• Define project activities, critical milestones, resource requirements, and budget utilization to minimize waste.
• Identify and mitigate risks by developing contingency plans and implementing quantitative project health metrics.
• Establish governance models and implement software delivery methodologies to meet business needs.
• Partner with customers to define requirements through workshops and manage expectations via prototypes and demos.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in project management.
• Hands-on technical experience with SAP.
• Experience with AWS and cloud technologies.
• Proven ability to manage deliverables based on outcome-based models.
• Expertise in scope management, including impact analysis and change control.
• Ability to drive the creation of design documents, traceability matrices, and solution artefacts.
• Experience developing prototypes and MVPs to manage customer expectations.

Preferred Skills

• Domain experience in the Utility sector.
