Lead SAP implementations and IT projects through the full systems development life cycle, aligning technology solutions with business strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in developing detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, and resource plans.
• Manage projects from concept to implementation using agile frameworks or traditional principles.
• Conduct cost/benefit analysis and stakeholder assessments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Apply a designer mindset to ideation, problem reframing, and prototyping to find solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Agile Project Management.
• Mandatory hands-on SAP project management experience.
• Proficiency in agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) models.
• Experience with traditional project management principles and practices.
• Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis and stakeholder assessments.
• Strong leadership skills to guide assigned project teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
