Description

Lead end-to-end SAP carve-out, divestiture, and de-merger projects from planning through cutover and testing.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive project delivery using SAP Activate methodology, including governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage all project phases such as execution, cutover, testing, and risk management.
• Act as the SAP Project Systems (PS) Subject Matter Expert for planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and data migration.
• Oversee projects across both SAP On-Premise and Cloud environments.
• Define project governance models to ensure alignment with business objectives and client standards.

Required Skills

• 18+ years of overall SAP experience.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP Project Management.
• Deep expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS) and related integrations.
• Proven track record managing carve-out, divestiture, or de-merger projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Activate methodology and governance frameworks.
• Experience managing projects in Cloud and On-Premise SAP environments.
• Strong client-facing leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Valid passport and willingness to travel to and stay in Dubai (UAE) for 6 months.
