Description

Lead SAP Application Management Services (AMS) and project engagements, managing teams of over 20 FTEs and driving client relationships.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct multiple ECC and S/4HANA rollout and implementation projects from inception to delivery.
• Manage SAP RFP processes, including solution design, technical estimations, and proposal preparation.
• Lead customer defense presentations and maintain direct client-facing relationships.
• Oversee problem management across both AMS and development project lifecycles.
• Drive automation initiatives and the adoption of new SAP technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP project management.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA RISE and SAP BTP.
• Proven track record leading teams of 20+ FTEs.
• Deep knowledge of the latest SAP technology stack and specific modules.
• Experience managing SAP RFP cycles and technical estimations.
• Extensive knowledge of the broader SAP landscape.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for customer consulting.

• Experience driving new technology adoption and automation.
• Deep process knowledge in customer consulting environments.
