Description

Lead large-scale, greenfield, multi-site SAP deployments from planning through delivery. You will execute program planning and coordination to ensure on-time delivery within budget using the Proven Delivery Methodology.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for executive management regarding resourcing, change impacts, and cut-over service issues.
• Manage risks, interdependencies, and conflicts across parallel release projects.
• Oversee program governance, reviews, and communication processes for all stakeholders.
• Coordinate with IT functional and technical leadership in the Global Competence Centre to assign appropriate skills and leadership.
• Drive advance release activities including resource planning, SI partner selection, and addressing long lead-time design challenges.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience with at least 10 years of post-graduate experience in large-scale, greenfield, multi-site SAP deployments.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong SAP knowledge and SAPPM expertise.
• Proven ability to manage large teams through complex, high-pressure cutovers.
• Experience managing risks and interdependencies.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, structured, and analytical approach to project management.
