Description

Drive execution of SAP-related projects within the Project Management Office (PMO), defining scope, budgets, and resource allocation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while developing detailed plans and resource allocation strategies.
• Manage project execution and track progress against milestones to ensure adherence to PMO standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and potential budget overruns.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and issue logs.
• Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience managing SAP implementation, upgrade, or enhancement projects.
• Direct experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
• Proficiency with SAP Solution Manager, Microsoft Project, and Jira.
• Practical application of Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and implementation methodologies like Activate.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and cross-functional resources.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or other relevant project management certification.
• Experience working within a formal PMO structure and knowledge of change management principles.
• Background in utility, energy, or regulated industry environments.
