Description

You will lead SAP S/4HANA upgrade projects within the pharmaceutical manufacturing domain from initial planning through go-live and post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for SAP upgrade initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, QA, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure seamless integration.
• Drive risk management, change control, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and validation documentation to meet GxP, FDA, and GMP regulatory requirements.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with vendors and system integrators to execute technical upgrades.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as an SAP Project Manager with a focus on S/4HANA upgrades.
• Proven track record of managing at least 5 SAP upgrade projects in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• Deep understanding of GxP, FDA validation, and Computer System Validation (CSV) processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP modules including PP, MM, WM, and QM.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Jira.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, and timelines under strict compliance standards.
• Expertise in Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
