Description

You will lead SAP S/4HANA Upgrade projects in the pharmaceutical manufacturing domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA upgrade projects from planning through go-live and post-implementation support.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations for upgrade initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, QA, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure integration and compliance.
• Drive risk management, change control, and issue resolution for all upgrade projects.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and validation documentation aligned with FDA and GMP regulations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as an SAP Project Manager with a focus on SAP S/4HANA upgrades.
• Proven track record managing at least 5 SAP upgrade projects in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of GxP, FDA validation, and CSV processes.
• Experience with SAP modules relevant to manufacturing and supply chain (PP, MM, WM, QM).
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Hybrid).
• Experience with project management tools, including MS Project and Jira.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budget, scope, and timelines under strict compliance standards.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, team leadership, and vendor management skills.
