Description

You will manage the two-year migration from Infor XA to SAP S/4, owning complex integration workstreams and cross-functional coordination.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overarching integration project involving XA, Commerce Cloud, IDM, PLM, MES, and Ignition.
• Oversee implementation waves for EWM, Product Order Management, Quality Management, Intercompany Sales, Warehouse Management, Finance, and Procure to Pay.
• Direct subsequent waves including FICO, Product Costing, Forecasting, Sales, and Procurement.
• Coordinate communication between SubZero IT and NTT resources to align project goals and bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships, resolve project issues independently, and drive project completion while maintaining stakeholder alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Direct experience managing SAP S/4 implementation lifecycles.
• Practical knowledge of S/4 Activate Methodology.
• Familiarity with integration project lifecycles and managing technical integrations across multiple platforms.
• Understanding of Unit, String, and Integration testing phases.
• Proficiency in EWM, Product Order Management, and Quality Management.
• Strong ability to manage multi-vendor environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using ServiceNow PPM.
