Description

You will manage full lifecycle SAP implementations across complex business environments. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional design discussions across SAP modules including MM, SD, PP, and FI/CO.
• Ensure end-to-end business process alignment and integration across all workstreams.
• Validate functional design documents, configuration work, and WRICEF specifications.
• Act as the single functional point of contact between business leads and SAP workstreams.
• Lead cross-functional readiness for cutover, data migration, and go-live activities.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in SAP project management with full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules: FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and WM.
• Proven experience managing large-scale SAP projects in Manufacturing or Automotive sectors.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA, BTP, and ABAP.
• Ability to conduct requirement workshops, solution demos, and fit-gap analysis.
• Experience supporting business process harmonization and standardization.
• Knowledge of integration with technical teams (ABAP, BASIS, PI/PO).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML integration within SAP environments.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori interface design and implementation.
