Description

You will lead SAP implementations and manage end-to-end project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans while managing vendor relationships and technical dependencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, project scope, and user-acceptance testing scenarios.
• Conduct project meetings and manage change management processes.
• Generate weekly reports tailored for project teams, executives, and steering committees.
• Facilitate lessons learned sessions to improve future delivery.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in SAP project management.
• Proven track record managing both in-house and vendor-led implementations.
• Expertise in SAP HCM.
• Proficiency with JIRA and other project management tools.
• Strong capability in managing project scope and UAT planning.
• Experience reporting to executive leadership and steering committees.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing complex technical dependencies in large-scale SAP environments.
