Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP transformation projects from blueprint through AMS support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own successful delivery of all project phases, releases, and components for transformation initiatives.
• Define, plan, and track project schedules, scope, risks, and cost allocations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality criteria are met.
• Manage technical customer relationships and support the sales process.
• Conduct project review meetings to assess risks, mitigation plans, and status updates for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience delivering SAP implementation and AMS projects.
• Proven track record of at least 5 full SAP implementations, including 2 SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Deep expertise in SAP ERP, including ECC, S/4HANA, and AMS.
• Experience managing technical architecture, blueprinting, data analysis, and integration.
• Strong understanding of ITIL concepts and working principles.
• Expertise in scope management and estimation techniques.
• Experience managing projects across multiple countries in a hybrid model.
• Industry experience in Automotive, Government, FMCG, Life Science, Pharmaceutical, or Retail.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAP BTP and Data Sphere.
• Experience implementing systems based on templated solutions.
• Industry certifications such as PMI or Prince2.
